Shipping Policy

All orders will ship within 10 business days of the order being placed. Any emails or questions about your order status before 10 days will not be answered. If there are additional delays, you will be contacted via the email address you placed the order under. The shipping method chosen at checkout does not impact how quickly your order will be assembled and shipped. It only impacts how long the carrier will have the package once I give it to them.

For international orders, please order with your real name and phone number. This is required so your country can contact you to pay customs duties. Orders returned due to lack of customs duties will be refunded once the order returns to me, minus the cost of shipping. Note that it can take several months for the package to make it back to me, so the best option is to just use your name and phone number so you can pay the customs duties swiftly!

All orders include Route shipping insurance free of charge. If your order is lost/damaged/stolen, you can file a claim with them to get your money back. This should be a much better option than relying on insurance from the shipping carrier (USPS, DHL) since filing a claim will be much easier. To file a claim, simply go to https://claims.route.com/. Note that if your order is stolen, they will ask for a police report. Sounds like a bigger deal than it is, so hopefully you don't have too much issue with it!

Returns are accepted for a full refund of the product. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and you are responsible for paying return shipping as well. Once I receive the return, I will verify the product is in working order and refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

There is officially no warranty on any products sold. Products are fully tested before shipping, and if you believe a product is defective, please get in touch!

Above all, my goal is for you to have a pleasant experience with my products and my shop. Please keep in mind this is a very small operation and I don't have the same level of service as a megacorp. I do my best to respond to emails and questions and to ship quickly, but I'm also a human and sometimes I'm slow.
